To satisfy high speed injection characteristic, we are very serious about design, wall thickness relation to blowing result, water seal function. And valve gate injection which will be make injected preforms nice and easy for blowing. Besides, multi-groups water cooling with fountain shape in mold core side and spiral shape in mold cavity side.

Screw: big L/D design, and special PET screw and barrel because PET raw material property.
