PET Preform Mold

Multi-cavities PET perform mould is widely requirement in water bottle factory as it will greatly improve production capability. Besides, long mold life, nice appearance bottle perform, it is also as a standard of measuring qualified PET performs moulds.

Below lists characteristic of PET preforms mould:
1.    72 Multi-cavities, perform is 28mm neck, weight is 21g, cycle time is about 33s. Mold core and cavity use S136 and mold base is P20. Besides, it applies Yudo hot runner system.
2.    Short cycle time. Preform production capacity needs huge, so except multi-cavities, mold structure also needs simple and good cooling system. And our working team was rich experience designers, technical manages, workers at least 6 years which special on package Preform areas.
3.    Interchangeable inserts: If bottle perform weight are similar and could within control, then mold structure could design with interchangeable inserts which could save mold cost.
4.    Easy maintenance. Each cavity was standard dimension which was made by Japan Marzark prevision lathe. Take advantage of high precision tooling, it could interchangeable and easy maintenance.
